  • Sale of Chametz
    All Chametz must be disposed of before Passover and should not remain in your possession during Passover. Chametz which you cannot dispose of may be sold. The sale of Chametz form authorizes Rabbi Arthur Schneier and his Rabbinic Colleagues power of attorney to draw up the Legal Deed of Sale.


  • POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR SALE OF CHAMETZ
    I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Arthur Schneier and his rabbinic staff to act in my place and stead and in my behalf to sell all chametz possessed by me knowingly or unknowingly, as defined by Torah and Rabbinic law, and to lease all places in which chametz owned by me may be found, especially at:
