Dr. Sapir Biton to Address
Park East Synagogue

Dr. Sapir Biton, a prominent psychiatrist at the Soroka hospital will address Park East Synagogue this Shabbat. Dr. Biton treated numerous wounded patients on October 7th for 38 hours straight during her very first shift all while deeply concerned for her family in besieged Kibbutz Erez.

In addition to the experience of October 7th, Dr. Biton will speak about her vital work in the field. She has been dedicated to innovative approaches in transforming mental health care in Israel, particularly in Pediatrics and Women’s Health. Additionally she has been involved in creating a women’s support center in Kibbutz Erez.
