The hijinks begin in the port city of Haifa\, where a shipping container of illegal goods is mistakenly delivered to the wrong members of the Israeli underground. The bungle sets off a wild road race across Israel with Russian smugglers\, ultra-Orthodox gun dealers\, and Arab traffickers.
